Writing
Recruitment & culture
Same brand, different audience. The voice stays the same, the tone opens up.
When we write to attract or speak to people who work at Walker Foster, in job ads, careers pages and culture-focused social posts, the voice stays the same but the tone opens up.
What stays the same
Plain English, no jargon, still professional, still human. This is not a different brand, just a different audience.
What can shift
More warmth, more personality, more pride in the firm and the people in it. Client-facing content stays measured and reassuring; recruitment and culture content can be a little more expressive.
The difference in practice
| Context | Example |
|---|---|
| Client-facing | We take the time to understand what matters to you. |
| Recruitment and culture | We have got people who have been here 20 years, and clients who have been with us even longer. That says something about how we treat both. |
